Which Dungeon Lootr classes rank highly in October reports?
Quick answer: October lists include newer names such as Devourer and Petal Captain alongside Sinister Trigger. PGG and MrGuider disagree on several placements and use different tier labels. The comparison below is a dated selection, not a complete official ranking or a DPS test performed by this wiki.

Read each label within its own source. S and META are not a shared score, and a later publication does not by itself prove a ranking is correct. This selection replaces our obsolete September shortlist; it is not a full roster.

How to turn a tier list into a useful shortlist
- Start with the classes you own or can realistically unlock. A high placement is not proof of an accessible acquisition route.
- Choose the activity: general dungeon clears, a particular boss, or survival while learning.
- Compare two candidates at similar mastery, gear and difficulty. Record completed runs, time and deaths.
- Keep separate notes for solo and group play. Team buffs and enemy layouts can change the result.
Use the class selection guide for that decision, or the damage comparison guide for a repeatable test. Do not spend resources solely to match a letter grade.
What this update corrects
The previous page presented September's Update 1.5 list as a current recommendation and predicted a September 18–19 recheck. Those claims have been removed. A ranking can change after balance adjustments; there is no basis for calling any class permanently safe from nerfs.
We also removed rarity odds that did not form a valid probability table. A tier label measures an author's opinion of performance; a rarity label and a class's acquisition method answer different questions.

- Is this an official tier list?
- No. It compares selected placements in dated third-party publications. This wiki has not tested every class or measured a current ranking.
- Why do the rankings disagree?
- The sources use different labels, dates and evaluation criteria. Their letters should not be averaged into a single score.
- Does S tier mean the best DPS?
- Not necessarily. An overall ranking can include survival, mobility and utility. Comparable damage measurements are needed for a DPS claim.
